Select the PS5 version of Beat Saber, add it your library, and then start installing it. On the page listing, select the three white dots and then choose Select Version. Go to the Store icon on the far left of your home dashboard, then search for Beat Saber. On the PS5 itself, the process is mostly the same. You may have to scroll down to the separate versions listed below. Once signed in, simply select the PS5 version from here, select add to library, then start downloading it if you’ve got that remote download setting enabled. To download Beat Saber for free on PS VR2 if you already own the original game, the easiest way is via the PlayStation Store website.
However, as a cross-gen game released on a PlayStation platform, you’re going to have a harder time than you need to to in order to download it for free. People who enjoying sweating into their headsets and wildly flashing their arms rejoice: Beat Saber has finally been released on PS VR 2 for PS5 owners, and it’s also available as a free upgrade for those who own the original game on PS4.
